At PS/IS 268, chronic absenteeism has risen 221% over the 5-year window — from 14.1% in 2015 to 45.2% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 13.9% above in 2015 to 17.2% above in 2020.
