At Renaissance, chronic absenteeism has fallen 25% over the 5-year window — from 6.5% in 2017 to 4.8% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 21.6% below in 2017 to 23.2% below in 2020.
