What we're seeing
At JUVENILE DETENTION CTR, the student:teacher ratio has risen 200% over the 5-year window — from 2.0:1 in 2020 to 6.0:1 in 2021. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 13.4:1 below in 2020 to 9.4:1 below in 2021.
